I have purchased the video of this years Summit and did not receive a "download" option. I received an email that said I could start downloading, but am unable. I have gone to your "how to download a digital product", but that has not been helpful due to no "download" buttons on neither the emailed receipt nor the digital receipt after payment. Please let me know what I can do to solve this problem. Thank you for your help.
Thanks for buying the downloads. All of those links and such will work when
they get released, roughly on 12/1/13. Sorry for the frustration, I'll
email you when they are ready... ok?

Sometimes we offer a new product as a pre-release. We do our very best to communicate when the item will ship or be available for download, but sometimes customers don't see that it's a pre-order.
Any time you have a question about something you've purchased, please feel free to send us an email or pop onto live chat.
If you pre-order an item, we will mark that order as a pre-order. So if you click on the link in your receipt or login to your account, you'll see the status of that item as a pre-order.
As soon as that item is ready to ship or be downloaded, we will update your order with the tracking information or send you an email letting you know that the order is completed and the items are ready for download.
