Our online store (and all our websites) are run on WordPress, a content management system.
Sometimes a plugin or system will fail preventing your order from going through correctly.
Here are three suggestions:
- Contact us. Hop on live chat or submit a ticket. If we're around this is the absolutely quickest way... nothing grabs our attention like "I'm trying to give you money but the site is blocking me!"
- Log into your account. Sometimes errors happen because the site is like, "HEY, I KNOW YOU" and you just haven't taken the 10 seconds needed to login. We don't really know why this makes a difference, but simply logging in can eliminate some errors. And hey... total bonus is that your purchase is easy to see, track, and find when you need to turn in your receipt.
Here's what we need to know:
In order to fix a WordPress problem, we'll need to know exactly what went wrong.
- If you could copy/paste the error itself from your browser into an email or do a screen capture of the error, that'd help us greatly.
- We'll need to know what page you encountered the error on. (the checkout page, a blog post, logging into My Account, etc.)
Basically, the more information we can get the faster we can fix it.
