When you purchase a digital product, this product is available to you immediately after you complete your purchase.
3 Ways to Download Purchased Product
- After your transaction is complete you will be taken to an online version of your receipt. Scroll down to the item you've purchased, then click the "download" link. Depending on your computer/browser, this will begin downloading the product.
- After your transaction is complete you will receive an email with the receipt. Scroll down to the product and click the download button.
- If you have an account with our store, you can log in and head to the My Account tab to see all of your purchases, downloads, etc.

Note: All of our digital products are delivered by Amazon S3 servers. These are the same servers that deliver digital downloads for the Kindle store, host Amazon Prime Video, etc. This distributed network of data servers should make receiving your purchases secure and fast no matter where you are at in the world. However, if the Amazon server network is disrupted, this means our downloads will be disrupted as well. Please report any disruption like that to us so we can contact Amazon.
