Over the past several days we've had several customers report to us problems with our online store. They are able to add items to their shopping cart, but when they go to make the purchases the items are no longer in the shopping cart.
This is an issue that we are working to resolve with our developer. (as of 5/25/2013)
3 Things to Do While We Work Through This
- Try making your purchase from another browser. So far we've only seen this problem via Firefox users.
- If that works, complete your transaction as normal.
- Either way, please let us know via livechat or the support forums if you've experienced this problem. The more data we can give our developers, the better.
